Place MEL in the refrigerator in its liquid state. Leave in for at least one hour. MEL can be stored in the refrigerator. Place on affected area and ENJOY!!
*If your MEL is scented, we recommend placing in a sealed container or storage bag in order to contain the scent.*
Activate MEL's heat by flexing the metal disc back and forth until you see the white crystals start to form. Massage crystals in order to make MEL nice and soft. You will have instant and controlled 130 degrees of heat for up to an hour and a half. Place on affected area and ENJOY!
When MEL cools down, it will become stiff. Place pad in boiling water for 5-15 minutes or until crystals are 100% dissolved.
If pad stiffens after it cools, it was not boiled long enough. Please place back into boiling water until every crystal has dissolved back to a clear liquid.
